Refund policy

"Due to the sacred and energetically cleansed nature of our bracelets, all sales are final. We do not accept standard returns if you simply change your mind.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a free replacement.  If replacements and exchange are accepted, then It will get delivered to you within 5-7 working days

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@saubhagya.co. "If your replacement or return request is accepted, we will provide you with the exact return shipping address and instructions via email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
"Refunds are only processed in rare cases where a replacement for a damaged item is not possible. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund." 

If we approve your refund, we will process and credit it to your bank account within 3-5 working days.
